"Driving for Surviving" Melanoma Golf Tournament The Foundation will not be holding a golf tournament and silent auction in 2011, but we still welcome your donations to help us "touch a life." Our fifth annual movie event in 2007 was our most successful ever! We showed the movie Shrek the Third on May 19 at the Lee Highway Multiplex in Merrifield, Virginia.

Over 370 people attended and we had to open a second theater to accommodate the crowd. Through ticket, concession and shirt sales, we raised more than $6,000, which the Foundation will use to help fund the only melanoma support group in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, which is facilitated by the Life with Cancer organization.
